Cauliflower is such a versitile veggie, it takes to seasoning well and therefore its flavour adapts well to a variety of dishes. It takes a long time in the garden, takes up a lot of space for just one head per plant and can be a little harder than other veggies to grow but its well worth the effort!
Store in the fridge in a plastic bag, its best when consumed or preserved within the first few days after harvest but it will hold up for a while in the fridge if you don't get around to it.
Cauliflower can be used in so many dishes and can be used to replace many things: like meat in your taco mix, bread it with panko and toss in your fav hot sauce and bake for some delish and healthy buffalo cauliflower, or riced to replace a grain. Try it in savoury dishes like thai curry or aloo gobi (indian cauliflower and potato curry)
