We grow a super sweet yellow varieity and a sweet red variety every year and then we add a couple other varieties that we change up that add different flavours to our pints
Never ever, I repeat, never ever put your tomatoes in the fridge! Your tomatoes will keep their flavour and texture best when kept on the kitchen counter. They will last on the counter for up to 5 days. If you would like to perserve your cherry tomatoes you can roast them in olive oil and salt until they get a little blackening and then add them to a jar and put them in the fridge or freezer.
We eat cherry tomatoes fresh mostly, they are so sweet and such an easy snack. But when cooking them you can roast them, stew them, add them to pasta dishes, sautees and soups.
