Our mix varies throughout the season but we try to keep it colourful and above all; flavlourful! Harvested young and tender and make a great salad
Store lettuce in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to a week. Please note that we do not always wash our greens, and even when we do wash it we still recommend that you wash it before consumption. Invest in a salad spinner so you can get them good and dry.
Our lettuce mix makes a truly great salad, add it to sandwiches, or in a fresh spring roll or sushi roll. We wouldn't recommend cooking with it.
Our favourite dressing for a garden salad is our house dressing:
1/2 cup traditional hummus
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp maple syrup (or more if you like it sweeter)
1/4 cup apple cider vingar (tastes vary so try adding 1/8 cup and add more if it need more of a bit)
add all ingredients to a shaker bottle or jar, put the lid on, shake, adjust the flavour if needed, and enjoy!
